• Alpha: is a relaxed state which is inductive to visualization and creativity. The alpha wave pattern occurs during a brainwave frequency from 9 to 14 cycles per second. 

• Theta: occurs during REM Sleep. The brain shows a theta wave pattern from 4 to 8 cycles per second. Theta brain waves can be considered the subconscious. It is the first stage of the phase where people dream. 

• Delta: is the sleep state. The brain shows a delta wave pattern from 1 to 4 cycles per second. 

• Infra-Low: Very little is known about this state but they appear to take a major role in brain timing and network function. It is measured below .5 hz. 

  
  

The point of hypnosis is to reach the theta state, the frequency when we are most open to suggestion and reprogramming of the subconscious mind.

How to use this Erotic Hypnosis- 5 Week Protocol

Purpose: It is said that it takes at least 21 days to break a habit and re-wire the brain for new patterning. But studies show that it can actually take up to 66 days. So at minimum, commit to the 5 weeks but if you can extend to 66 days you will see the greatest benefits.

Goal: Reduce or eliminate your porn consumption, create a deeper connection with your body, be able to have harder and longer lasting erections, prolong sensation and ejaculation, and greater levels of self-confidence.

• Commit yourself to going on a full porn cleanse for at least 21 days

• You will practice with Parts I-IV for the first 4 weeks, working your way up to the final 1 hour cumulative audio recording for week 5.
